Privacy policy

Dash Ltd. ("Dash") collects personal data that you voluntarily provide when completing the investment application form. This includes: full name, contact information (email, phone), citizenship and country of tax residency, intended investment amount, source of funds.

Additionally, Dash automatically records technical data when you use the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, session duration.

Processing of personal data is based on: your explicit consent given when submitting the form; pre-contractual measures — reviewing your investment application; Dash's legitimate interest — analysing site usage in aggregate; Dash's legal obligations to comply with AML, KYC and tax legislation.

Processing purposes: reviewing the application for fund participation, performing Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures, executing the participation agreement (LPA), communications related to the investment, analysis of site usage to improve service.

Dash shares a limited set of data with vetted service providers acting under data-processing agreements: Attio (CRM) — to store application data and communication history; PostHog (analytics) — to analyse site behaviour; partner banks and compliance providers — for KYC and AML procedures; auditors and legal counsel — within regulatory reporting.

Dash does not sell personal data to third parties and does not transfer it for marketing purposes unrelated to the investment relationship. Some service providers may process data in jurisdictions outside your country of residence; in such cases, adequate legal safeguards apply.

Personal data is stored in secure systems with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to staff who require it to perform their duties.

Retention period for applicant and investor data — 7 years from the end of the investment relationship or the last interaction, in line with financial-records requirements. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 90 days.

In relation to your personal data, you have the rights: of access — to receive a copy of the data we hold; rectification — to correct inaccurate data; erasure — in cases permitted by applicable law; restriction of processing; withdrawal of consent for marketing communications at any time; objection to analytics processing.

Such requests are reviewed within 30 days of receipt.

The site uses two categories of cookies: functional — necessary for site operation (language preferences, security); analytics (PostHog) — anonymised aggregated usage data.

You may disable analytics cookies at any time by blocking them and clearing site data in your browser settings.

Dash reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available at /privacy/. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of the document. Material changes are communicated to applicants and investors via the contact details they provided.
